Position Overview

The candidate should be able to develop, automate, test, and help in the deployment

End to end responsibility – take care of your feature from requirements to deployment
Collaborate well – demonstrate excellent development practices, share and motivate others

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Ability to work well in a team as well as independently and have a positive self-motivated can-do attitude
Knowledge in Object-Oriented Concepts and technical skills with Java/J2EE to develop modern cutting-edge software that performs and scales in cloud environment
At least basic client-side knowledge of Web technologies – mandatory
Exposure to debugging and troubleshooting
Knowledge of lean development infrastructure process including Git, TeamCity, Jenkins etc.


Working knowledge of Scrum, Test Driven Development and passionate about unit test, integrity testing, stress testing and performance testing and test automation

EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS

BE/BTech, ME/MTech, MCA with 60% aggregate across
Strong educational qualifications (Engineering majors, MCA from reputed institutes)
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s in Computer Science required, Master preferred.


0-3years of professional experience in developing Java/J2EE based enterprise web-based application
