The Professional Examination Board was constituted by State Government Order No F1-51 / 2004/42 dated 30072005.

Section 3 of the Second Statistical Order dated July 30, 2005, provides that: -
"When the order for the formation of Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board is published in the Gazette, PET will now be organized by the Secondary Education Board And PT Etc The examination will end.

"

Chhattisgarh will discharge the entire responsibilities of completing professional examinations in medical colleges, Ayurveda, engineering, agricultural colleges, entrance examination in polytechnics or any other examination (which will be authorized for the jurisdiction of the Board)
