What you'll doWe are seeking a Development Manager responsible for a strategic team with the goal of delivering a best-in-class unified SaaS implementation leveraging SAP's recommended tools and systems Expectations and Tasks:

• Define automation framework and drive automation and standardization
• Work with the Product success and other engineering organizations to supplement the product roadmap to bring customers an intuitive guided experience for implementing, testing, and deploying their ISBN solutions
• The candidate will also build, lead and develop an engineering team, hiring the best people from within and outside the company.
  
  
• Drive the success of not only your direct reports, but of all employees within the ISBN applications
• Successfully manage a team with varied levels of career experience in engineering
• Work with the engineering team to break-down, estimate, and coordinate development work
• Ensure excellent quality and maintain high standards in all processes listed in the relevant process map
• Understand and improve current effort and cost structure of system/tenant operations (TCO).
  
  

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study and 15+ years of experience is required
• The company will also accept a Master's degree and 4 years of experience in people management with proven results is a must
• 3+ years of Automation experience with at least one configuration/deployment management system such as Terraform, Chef, AWS Cloud Formation
• Working with Python language for automation and working with GitHub, CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Chef, Spinnaker, Mesos
• Experience on cloud (AWS, GCP or Azure)
• SAP Products: SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, and/or SAP Concur, SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management, SAP Signavio, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Cloud Integration Automation Service, and various other systems based on the direction of SAP's Technology Guidelines (such as Central Business Configuration or CBC)
