• Project experience in the field of PLM, Digital Engineering or Intelligent Industry
• Functional and high level technical Knowledge of leading PLM platforms (Dassault, PTC, Siemens, ARAS)
• Industry specific knowledge in automotive, manufacturing or aerospace in product development and allied upstream and downstream functions
• Experience in spearheading complex transformation initiatives in digital engineering and PLM space:
• Experience in conducting diagnostic assessments at client end

• Lead visioning workshops to define digital ambitions
• Conducting maturity assessment of process, data and application landscape.
  
  
• Elicit pain points and translate into business capabilities and business requirements
• Map future state business capabilities to platform features
• Co ordinate with engineering teams, business stakeholders and client IT teams to run conference room pilots
• Build feature roadmaps as per business value and effort required and build business benefit case
• lead governance and change management initiatives to ensure smooth implementation
• Solid Consulting ,reporting & communication skills,
• Ability to manage stakeholders from business leads, functional heads and CXO suite project sponsors
