Job role : Digital Journey Optimisation ManagerOffice Location : Manyata Tech Park, Hebbal, Bangalore-KarnatakaExperience: 8-10 yearsJob Profile Summary: Leverages digital experience, analytics & expertise to identify breakpoints in our digital customer experience and drive solutions to increase conversions for the business Working closely with all members of the Digital team you will own day-to-day build, delivery and conversion of personalised initiatives on CommBank, CommBank App and Netbank to deliver the Digital Strategy across the portfolioJob Description:

• Responsible for the digital customer journey and ensuring delivery of the best experience for our customers
• Develop and forecast the Digital initiative roadmaps (including gap analysis, continuous improvement, on-site targeted messaging and testing) to achieve portfolio objectives Monitor results and performance metrics, web analytics and voice of customer insights across the relevant portfolios to ensure performance is in line with forecast
• Measure, track and interpret customer online behaviour and insight in order to maximise sales conversion potential Identify and implement A/B and multivariate testing opportunities from hypothesis creation, influence creative, to identify success metrics and conduct post-test analysis.
  
  
• End-to-end delivery of testing and targeting initiatives under concurrent and rigorous deadlines Prepare management reporting and presentations to communicate business and customer outcomes

On any given day, you will:

• Work with a stakeholders across the organisation to build new content and experiences using Adobe Experience Manager on CommBankcomau, NetBank and the CommBank app
• Collaborate with content editors, optimisation managers and technical teams
• Manage your own queue of work in JIRA from analysis through to build and publshing
• Managing interest rate updates and other compliance updates
• Use AEM and agreed work flows to publish new and optimise existing content
• Use web analytics and customer insights to help identify key topics that are important to customers that will drive reach and engagement, reduce complaints, reduce risk and uplift compliance and manage the accuracy of content.
  
  
• Contributing to and supporting project teams as required from a content perspective
• Collaborating on new content ideas and initiatives

We're interested in hearing from people who:

• Previous digital content publishing experience to build and test content
• Experience in using Adobe AEM or similar content management system
• Have a good understanding of managing the publishing function on a corporate website
• Exposure to headless CMS (json content)
• Good attention to detail
• Good problem solving skills and ability to recommend best practice solutions for digital content production
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and engaging personality, with the ability to build relationships and influence others
