Work Model: On-Site/Office DescriptionJoin GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules eg to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules' firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements Requirements
- At least 18 years of experience in IT, preferably with leading India IT services companies or Captive MNCs
- Strong delivery & operations background with experience of managing a portfolio of at least a team 100 people
- Strong technical leader with very strong academic and industry experience.
Preferred from top institutions - Hands-on leader with the ability to lead and develop a team of technically strong members and with the ability to provide sound technical direction to the team
- Has a track-record of delivering industry recognized successful products, as an individual and as a team leader
- Has a track-record of building industry best software teams and leading from the front, interacting with Business Management, Field Leaders and demanding Customers
- Worked in an Indian or Global MNCCaptive that delivers high quality products.
Has demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional project teams - Has deep appreciation for technology evolution and modern software engineering practices, quality assurance, testing, configuration & release management, defect management, and associated tools, deployed in world-class software creation processes
