ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilitiesResponsible for the effective and efficient operation of Architecture Governance and Assurance functions, forums and processesProduction of key OKRs, KPIs and other business relevant performance metricsRegularly review operational effectiveness and work closely with the Head of Enterprise Architecture Governance and Operations to propose improvements to the effective and efficient operation of the framework.

Support audit and regulatory reviews or requests for information from across the businessPrimary point of contact for Architecture Governance within one or more relevant strategic programmesLeadership responsibilitiesThis role will require significant stakeholder management, effective collaboration and exemplary teamwork.

The role will occasionally deputise for the Head of Enterprise Architecture (Governance and Operations)Critical deliverablesEffective operational delivery of the Architecture Governance and Assurance frameworkThis includes production of key metrics, dashboards and reportingImpactThe role impacts the effectiveness of the Architecture Governance and Assurance framework across the business to enable business growth, reduce risk and drive efficiencies whilst fully meeting audit, regulatory and compliance requirements.

Technology Strategy & Governance, Architecture Governance, Programme Governance, Integration Governance, PMO, Data Analysis, Information ManagementStrong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration and technical skillsBusiness and sector expertiseExperience in leading Technology Business Operations in large financial services organisations or similar regulated organisationsExperience of working with multi-country organisationsExperience of developing and influencing strategic working relationships.
