We are looking for an experienced professional services operation leader that has hand-on experience in working with large complex prof services team and supported all aspects of prof services business Person must be capable of understanding business requirements, working with all leaders and end users to develop a proposed solution Ops leader would focus on streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management and day to day execution of strategy The ideal candidate will have proven success in a business management role, with a special focus on working on strategy/operation at senior executive level in a professional services organization
- Supporting and executing against a delivery hub strategy for Salesforce Professional Services that supports 25% YoY growth
- Deep operational hands-on expertise in supporting large professional services organization
- Execute quarterly business reviews & follow-up on business metrics
- Devise & oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution by collaborating with all business leaders
- Assist and strategize with business leaders in reporting, building strategy, program management, and initiative implementation
- Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
- Constant focus on innovation, improve and enhance our business strategy & practices
- Develop and manage a process for measuring and reporting progress on high-priority initiatives and programs across the organization.

You will be closely partnering with leadership team of Salesforce Professional Services on a regular basis to execute against Global delivery Center goalsMinimum Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience driving results across large company/multifunction
- 10+ years of operation/business consulting experience in professional services organization
- 10+ years of work experience in a leadership position in consulting / professional services
- A senior leader able to operate effectively with C-level executives
- Excellent skills in building presentations, strategy decks, balanced scorecards, and reports
- Excellent operational skills in finance mgmt, billable utilization, bench mgmt, demand forecast , resource manament
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
- Ability to think strategically as well as the ability to handle details
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Strong organizational and management skills to manage multiple projects, responsibilities, and staff
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Exceptional relationship-building skills demonstrated by ability to grow and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders
- High energy and passion for the job
- MBA degree in strategy & execution/business consulting
