Are you ready to help us make the futureThe DirectorSales Analytics is responsible for driving the continuous improvement of Honeywell global selling capabilities with a focus on optimizingdigital sales tools to deliversales data analytics and reporting capabilitythat collectively provide insight to drive sustainable organic growth He/ She works cross-functionally with the businesssales excellenceleaders, FORGE team, EDW, finance, HR, and supply chain to achieve results The DirectorSales Analyticsleverages their expertise to ensure thestrategic priorities are translated into actionablesalesactivities He/ She will demonstrate a passion for leveraging analytics and technology to drive actionable insights to increase seller productivity and measurably improve on sellers' performance Ensuressalesteams are armed with insights and tools to deliver growth.
This includes developing comprehensive and automatedsalesprocess management capabilities to increase lead conversion and successfully launch effectivesalestools to growsalespipeline, reduce cycle time and enhance average deal Key Responsibilities: Owns the delivery of sales data insights including trends metrics, analytical trending information, and reporting Deliver and manage pipeline analytics Automate and drive standardized sales reporting & KPI's Partner with EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) Team to visualize analytics, and insights Establish source of record and metric calculations at enterprise level Create and drive governance for internal and external data ingestion into reporting capability Own thesales analyticsdashboards (SalesBehavior, Strategic Accounts) andbusiness insightsthat informsalesprofessionals andleadershipat multiple levels on how to drivesalesperformance, gain new accounts and expand existing customer pocket share Routine assessment of currentsaleskey performance indicators,salescoverage and maturity gap analysis Standardize order forecasting process by Go-To-Market model and provide prescriptive insights from pipeline to ordersYOU MUST HAVE: Bachelor's degree 5+ years management experience in business orSalesand/orMarketing Leadershiproles.
10+ years' experience in driving process improvements and implementing common process solutionsWE VALUE: Master's degree preferred GlobalSalesand/orMarketing Leadershipexperience preferred Track record of success with cross functional teams, driving change and implementing new processes that significantly improvesales effectiveness Effective written &oral communicationskills.
