Scope/Categories:This role will drive a global organization that will have global and local responsibilities across regions While not having direct reporting from an HR perspective, the incumbent must provide direction to a technical working group This will include to motivate and encourage the participants to be actively engaged and ensure the timeliness of the deliverables and the acceptance of accountability for the system software they are custodians overRole will report to a Head - Application Operations in the DTS - Applications & Operational Excellence organization Role will not have any direct reports.
Key Interfaces:
- Regional and functional business partners
- Sector, country, operations, and service organizations of K-C globally
- Infrastructure teams including server, database and network support
- Business-based data stewards and local business resources
- DTS Leadership including the Enterprise Architecture team
Number of people under direct supervision:
- No Direct Reportees
- Manage Vendor Partner Resources
Key Accountabilities:
- Tracking and reporting on root causes, SLAs and performance issues, trends, and cost metrics to business management
- Coordinating with IT teams responsible for the underlying infrastructure, critical services, and application resources
- Leverage key Delivery Partners to increase efficiency and lower support costs through Automation & Innovation,
Analyze and resolve issues in Application performance, Triaging complex performance issues, prioritizing team response and focusing attention on key areas of the system
- Analysis of SLAs with vendors and with customers in line with the customer expectations
- Continuously monitoring and measuring end-user experience and satisfaction
- Building and developing key relationships with vendors who provide services, systems, and components of the application system
Key Qualifications and Experience: Engineering Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 4 - 6+ year's relevant experience
- ITIL Certification is preferable
- Certification in Data Analysis is an added Advantage
- Familiar to working in Data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc
.
Good knowledge of Operations Management such as job scheduling, technical and business process monitoring, incident / problem / change management Ability to Explore the Data Analysis and present the insights Ability to translate complex technical topics into easy to understand concepts Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatoryCoordination: Must be comfortable to managing the Vendor Partners and coordinate with DTS Stakeholders.
Flexibility: Ready to work with project and software development support outside of typical working hours to minimize disruption to the businessOperations: Responsible to Explore the Ticket Data Analysis and share the insights to improve the business process including Finance, HR, Sales, Manufacturing and Analytics Continuous Improvement: Identify where potential issues may arise so they may be addressed in a proactive manner Drive Problem Management to introduce ways to streamline existing procedures, eliminate unnecessary work or automate manual processesWORKING CONDITIONS: Travel may include approximately 10% of work time.
Travel may include travel via aircrafts and motor vehicles to various locations, if applicable
