Ehs Engineer Job In Pranav Industrial Solutions In Bengaluru / Bangalore, Hosur

-Implement a robust H&S Management System / Process / Procedure at the plants level -Be sensible leader for Environmental Health and safety and lead the Team of Safety Officers -Mentor the H&S team for Successful H&S implementations -Coordinate and ensure EHS Induction training to new comers to the plant including all staff and contractors' workers so that they are acquainted with safety requirements, safe work practices and procedures -Identify hazards and prepare control measures to reduce / eliminate risk -Prevent and correct safety and health issues through Occupational Risk Assessment -Support and advise Plant Manager & Management on latest trends and practices on safety & Health -Facilitate Plant EHS Inspections & Audits -Prepare & Cascade Trainings on different HS topics -Assist in facilitating and / or conducting accident/incident investigations -Verify and update all required HS postings, warnings and signs applicable to the plant operations and standardize all -HS PPE/Practices across the plant -Ensure availability certified First-Aiders at the plant -Coordinate Mock-Drills and Preparation of Emergency Response Plans -Verify that emergency numbers, including physicians and hospital locations, are valid and displayed at prominent locations inside the plant -Support and Advise Plant Manager on the hazardous conditions /concerns or near-miss incidents and in identifying the PPE requirements for the plant operations -Vendor identification & qualification in terms of product quality for the purchase of PPE -Work on all continuous improvement tasks like SPS, Kaizen, efficiency, six sigma -MR for the Management systems (ISO14001, 45001 , 50001 etc) -Collect and report safety performance data and statistics, Prepare H&S performance reports, and other EHS reports as required by Management Ensure adequate H&S Documentation at the plant -Law and Government Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process relating to EHS -Public Safety and Security Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions Qualifications - -Bachelor or Diploma Degree in Engineering.

-Recognized Safety Qualification such as B Tech(Industrial Safety) or Diploma in Industrial Safety (RLI) is a must -Minimum 12 -18 years working experience in Safety & Health Working knowledge of Environmental related is desired -Able to communicate well in English, Kannada, Tamil and Hindi -Automotive or General Engineering experience candidate preferred
