We are looking for Email & Chat support executive for Central Contact Center Applicants should be well versed with typing skills and should have good communication skills Responsibilities: - Responsible for answering and addressing clients queries through chat and email - To Analyze clients requirements - Ownership of client issues and resolving them on a priority.

- Multi-Tasking skills - Good Decision-Making skills - Good Proficiency in English and other regional languages - Flexible to work on a shift basis Qualifications: - Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role for at least 1 year.

- Graduation is Mandatory (10+ three years of diploma can also apply) - Experience using help desk software and remote support tools - Understanding of how CRM systems work - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Multi-tasking abilities - Patience when handling tough cases.
