Job CategoryEmployee Success GroupJob DetailsHRBP (ESBP) Employee Success Business Partner ManagerHuman Resources (HR) = Employees Success (ES)Note: This is an Individual Contributor role reporting to the Director of ESBP The ESBP Manager will directly support all the assigned India leaders and teams reporting into global leaders across Technology, Marketing and Product function Role Description:We are seeking an Employee Success Business Partner to provide a full range of HR Business support to the business teams in India In a partnership capacity, this individual will work closely with the business leader to help educate, advise and influence client groups on issues involving, but not limited to, employee engagement and retention, manager development and coaching, compensation planning, new executive on boarding, organisational development and change management.

This role will also work closely with client groups and corporate HR teams to identify, design and implement HR initiatives that support the business needs of the organisation The ideal candidate is interested in making significant impact in the business unit in the company and on our culture, excels in a fast paced, ever changing environment and work to create a future ready organisationRole Impact:

• Strengthen the leadership team of the function by providing coaching and leadership development to executives and leaders of the business
• Act as a change-agent as the business continues to reshape itself with a goal of providing world class customer and employee experience
• Be the Employee champion and facilitate a psychologically safe environment that is conducive to the individual and to business performance.
  
  
• Lead initiatives ranging from complex to highly complex where the impact is significant in supporting the client's needs Initiatives include employee retention, talent assessment, succession planning, compensation planning
• Partner with and between COEs and regional ES teams to deliver seamless human resources processes and programs across the organisation Leverage all ES programs, policies, processes and systems
• Promote employee and organisational development including leadership development, succession planning, performance management effectiveness , skills gap analysis, individual career development.
  
  
• Provide client with analysis of client organisations' 'health' by analysing trends in performance, employee satisfaction, attrition, diversity and turnover, etc
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise in two or more functional areas of Human Resources
• Connect and learn from industry experts and HR professionals by leveraging network effectively

Required Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of 8+ years of HR Generalist / Business partner experience
• Demonstrated track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the organisation and with diverse client groups.
  
  
• Strong business acumen
• Demonstrated ability to drive major initiatives through the organisation and influence decision makers at all levels
• Ability to be proactive, to anticipate and provide alternatives and options to the business
• Ability to diagnose and successfully handle organisational development issues
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, must be an articulate and persuasive communicator.
  
  
• Excellent interpersonal, group, process and influence skills
• Ability to prepare and make senior level presentations, collect, assimilate and analyse data
• Ability to conduct group facilitation, coach and counsel management at all levels
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with high collaborative skills
• Knowledge of state and local laws, statutes, etc.
