Job Summary Responsible for participating as an individual contributor in project teams, troubleshooting operational issues, providing technical solutions to operational problems, new product implementation, implementing existing products and services and the overall upkeep and maintenance of designated areas of engineering Interfaces with vendors, engineering and peer operations organizations Acts in compliance with industry and Company technical requirements, standards, policies and procedures Provides technical leadership to junior Engineers and project teams Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline.

We're home to award-winning teams for everything from Customer Service to Marketing, from Technology to Finance, meaning there's plenty of opportunity for you, no matter what your career goals Core Responsibilities Initiate R&DR Assessments and Action Plans via ServiceNow tool Develop and maintain Disaster/Cyber Recovery Plans and procedures revise and expand existing plans and protocols Coordinate and support E2E Disaster Recovery Tests, track its results Conduct Business Impact Analysis and develop Business Continuity Plans Supporting coaching of CTO staff and developing the 'Resilience Culture' Collaborates with CTO staff to develop and implement best practices to protect and restore data and systems in the event of disasters or destructive attacks Identifies and implements recovery operations and methods to allow the company to function at limited or partial capacity if part or all the infrastructure is damaged or destroyed Perform other related duties as assigned Employees at all levels are expected to: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Resilience / Business Continuity Management position is required Thorough understanding of risk management .
Excellent strategic, problem solving and analytical skills ServiceNow tool knowledge would be desirable Ability to think through hypothetical situations and concepts and to identify risks and weaknesses in various business processes Ability to collaborate with others Excellent communication and good English language skills .
