You will work closely with the business group scrum team and assist the IT teams ( BAs, Technical & functional teams ) in testing & documentation for all the changes and enhancements You will be responsible for maintaining the regression suite and keep it up to date You will be responsible for working with the IT team and the test automation team to maintain the automation scripts and keep them up to date At the same time you will work with the IT teams to identify new scope for automation and work with the test automation team to build new scripts to add to the regression suite You will be responsible for identifying test scope and designing test scripts from requirements and design document to ensure that the full scope of the project is thoroughly tested and all the defects identified and addressed before solution is deployed in production.

Your Skills And Experience -ThermoFisher has a wide array of ERP & Non- ERP applications We have SAP instances with versions ranging from 47, ECC 60, SAP S/4 HANA & Fiori SAP is integrated with multitude other ERP systems, Third party systems etc.

and it becomes extremely important to test the solution End To End before deploying solution in the production environmentThe SAP Test engineer, will be responsible for testing and governance for all the changes for our Validated SAP ECC 60, SAP S/4 HANA Instance & ServiceMax applications :

• SAP SD & SM Functional tester to assist detect problems where standard practice or software has failed to meet customer requirements Works with application development team and Functional SME to ensure that all business requirements problems are met and resolved
• Takes the lead on difficult defect detection, problem solving and troubleshooting in SD & SM module will include material master, BOM, work center and routing, maintaining planning calendar, production lot maintenance, MRP views etc.
  
  
• Should have a thorough and strong understanding E2E SD & SM processes viz Equipment creation, service contracts, service notification, service orders, dropshipment, cross dock, 3rd party vendor dropship, intercompany, consignnment process, scheduling agreements, contracts, IDOC management etc
• Should be willing to learn and support integrated modules with SD & SM viz FICO, MM,WM etc,
• Applies strong knowledge of QA principles, methodologies ( Waterfall, agile, hybrid etc), and techniques to test and ensure the quality of the application.
  
  
• Works with application development team and Functional SMEs to ensure that all the scripts are upto date and assist the team with new scope and test scripts identification to add to the regression suite
• Provides support in areas such as feasibility studies and design review
• Create test script documents based on requirements
• Work with the functional and technical analysts to test changes and enhancements to the system
• Work with the automation team to automate new test scripts and maintenance of our existing suites - modify existing scripts to keep them current at all times
• Oversight complex projects and implement best practices , proper scope identification, Test scripts design based on the requirements, defect tracking, reporting etc.
  
  

Qualifications -

• A minimum of 5 years of SAP implementation experience working in large and complex transformations
• Should have good understanding of PMF Framework and must have extensive experience working in waterfall and agile projects
• Should have experience working on validated SAP systems with SSO, GRC features Should be familiar with Validated version of ALM - Agiliprove or iAuthorize and documentation tool - Master Control
• Bachelors' degree from an accredited college/university MBA or MTech from an accredited college/university is preferred
• Experience on complex End To End Business Processes in SAP SD & SAP Service Management and integrated modules like SAP FI and SAP MM.
  
  
• Knowledge of SAP SD & SM in both legacy ECC 60 systems, SAP S/4HANA systems and SAP FIORI including knowledge of integrations with Third party applications - IDOCs management & processing, error handling etc
• SAP Certification (Functional and/or technical) preferred
• Minimum 5 years Hands-on expertise on Test Management tools like MicroFocus ALM, Jira and Microsoft Office tools ( Excel, Power Point, Word etc)
• Other helpful experience includes: Hybris, ServiceMax etc
• Understanding of test practices for large-scale ERP implementations, migrations and roll outs.
  
  
• Strong reporting skills using dashboards and test management tools
• Strong communication skills to be able to drive meetings and clearly communicate to IT and business stakeholders
• Ability to travel at a short notice
