Qualification : ME/MTech.

in Industrial Safety in First Class with an aggregate minimum of 60% of marks (aggregate of all semesters/years) or CGPA/CPI grading of 65 on a 10 point scale AND Pre-eligibility qualification of BE/BTech.

in Mechanical or Chemical engineering in First Class with an aggregate minimum of 65% of marks (aggregate of all semesters/years) or CGPA/CPI grading of 684 on a 10 point scale

Pay : Selected candidates will be appointed as Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ in Level 10 of Pay Matrix and will be paid minimum basic pay of Rs56,100/- per month

Age Limit (as on 2007.

2018) : Age limit as on 20072018 is 35 years Minimum age for applying is 18 years Ex-Servicemen and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) are eligible for upper age relaxation as per Government of India Rules.

Place of Posting : The place of posting will be in IPRC, but liable to be posted in any of the Centres or Units of ISRO or Department of Space situated anywhere in India as and when required

ISRO PROPULSION COMPLEX (IPRC) formerly Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre, Mahendragiri (LPSC-M),is located near Kanyakumari at Mahendragiri Hills, Tirunelveli District, Tamil Nadu. It is the major testing hub of ISROs liquid propulsion systems. The role of IPRC is to carry out research for the development of liquid propulsion systems for both Satellites and Launch Vehicles. IPRC is equipped with state of the art facilities for the assembly, integration and testing of liquid propulsion systems. It is responsible for the development, qualification and acceptance testing of sub-systems and systems for launch vehicles and spacecraft projects.
