PHINIA: Combustion-Technology LeaderBorgWarner's Fuel Systems and Aftermarket business ('PHINIA') is intended to separate from BorgWarner in late 2023PHINIA will be a product leader in fuel systems and aftermarket distribution with balanced and synergistic exposure among Commercial Vehicle (CV), Light Vehicle (LV) and Aftermarket end markets, with embedded relationships with global OEMs and a focus on the global vehicle parcAs well as being an industry leader in combustion technologies and chassis systems PHINIA will also be driving the transition to green fuels and hydrogen combustion by developing effective solutions to decarbonize the future of transportation Responsible for software development for Diesel, Gasoline and Hybrid Vehicleapplications Be part of the TCI team and support various global and Indian customers

• Generation of embedded C code to implement control algorithms typically from MATLAB Simulink & Stateflow diagrams
• Integration of manually and auto-generated C code into a single application using IBM Rational Clearcase or Plastic SCM
• Static analysis of C code using QAC to MISRA standards and local guidelines
• Verification of C code via peer review, electrical test bench and analysis of Unit Test results
• Software Integration Reviews and Testing
• Using commercial software for in-circuit debugging (Lauterbach)
• Use of data acquisition systems over CCP (INCA, ATi) for calibration and debugging
• Provide guidance to systems engineers and peers
• Designing system diagnostics and CAN communication specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCEMandatory

• Educated to B-Tech/BE or and equilant level level in Electronics /Software Engineering/ Computer Science
• Experience of developing embedded real-time systems using the C language
• Configuration management experience using IBM Clearcase/Plastic SCM or similar
• Experience in an embedded application field
• At least 3-5 years experience of Software engineering discipline
• Automotive Domain Knowledge
