Job Description: As a manager, the top requirements you'll need to hit the ground running are:

• Have at least 8-12 years experience as a Test Manager, with a track record of delivering complex projects/program
• Strong experience in delivery test strategies covering all disciplines of testing including functional, system integration, automation, performance and end to end testing
• Strong experience in Test Automation and building Automation Frameworks (TDD/BDD) and Tool Assessment
• Strong experience in stakeholder management at all levels delivering clear real-time status on test progress, risks and issues
• Experience in mentoring and coaching team to deliver with maximum potential
• An inspiring team leader, able to rapidly establish and lead high-performing, multi-disciplinary, cross geography teams, drawn from across the bank
• Individual, social and business interaction - flexibility in using a range of influencing styles in order to build strong sustainable relationships, and demonstrating the firm's values
• Business acumen - Ability to explore opportunities and seek to understand if they are commercially right for the firm in the context of our Purpose Lead client delivery engagements with focus on profitability and long-term sustainable growth for the firm and clients
• Relationships - Ability to anticipate client's needs and deliver high quality, value-added services and solutions which elevate the profile of the firm in the eyes of the client' executive
• A confident and impactful communicator and manager of senior stakeholders, both written and verbal, able to clearly explain the programme to non-technical and technical audiences

Roles and Responsibilities:As a manager, you'll be leading a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

• Develop our strategy for test automation within digital transformation projects including how our growing team will support our business objectives
• Responsible for leading Test Automation team, manage resourcing and their work pipelines
• Work with business stakeholders and project managers to ascertain the opportunities for implementing automation for application systems conduct automation suitability assessments
• Analyse complex ideas or proposals and provide test solutions and recommendations
• Responsible for planning and overview execution of all test disciplines in scope across large complex end to end solutions
• Provide guidance to automation teams on automation strategy, approaches and tools
• Create an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart
• Coach others, recognise their strengths and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development
• Act to resolve issues which prevent effective team working, even during times of change and uncertainty
• Encourage new ways of thinking, leveraging the latest technology
• Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
