This is a senior leadership role to manage technology product delivery of Wells Fargo Auto Lending Technology Group at Wells Fargo India & Philippines [WFIP] This role will report in to the head for Auto Lending Technology at WFIP In this role, you will: - Manage and develop teams of experienced engineering leads in roles with moderate complexity and risk
- Partner with experienced product leaders, lead systems architects, and engineering managers to develop product functional and technical strategies and drive strategic outcomes for the line of business product portfolio
- Provide oversight to software craftsmanship, security, availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions developed by the teams or third-party providers
- Engage and influence more experienced product leaders, lead systems architects, and engineering managers who are either associated with the function or affected by its outcomes
- Identify and recommend opportunities for continuously improving software engineering practices and productivity of teams
- Determine appropriate strategy and actions of business line product portfolio teams to meet moderate to high risk deliverables, providing expertise and thought leadership in the portfolio domain
- Interpret and develop actionable strategies and plans for engineering teams and supported areas
- Oversee engineering teams to deliver commitments aligned to line of business strategic priorities
- Support financial forecast and budget development
- Recommend risk management requirements for supported area and partner with stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
- Collaborate with and influence stakeholders, product leaders, and all levels of professionals, including senior managers

- Job Expectations:The role will lead all aspects (transformation, product development, product discovery, application ownership) of the customer journey The leader will lead the teams to shift right in the in Software Development Lifecycle Management to ensure quality, and shift left through Site Reliability Engineering to improve availability enabling DevSecOps As a leader, you will be responsible for the vision, strategy, roadmap, and support of the entire product portfolio to improve availability and customer satisfaction aligning to the Wells Fargo Six S Strategy.
Responsibilities include the following: - Drive engineering teams, scrum masters and agile teams adoption of and adherence to agile core principles and practices Lead improvement in agile metrics including increased velocity and predictability and decreased defect ratio
- Drive the efficiency, productivity and delivery of critical business capabilities with a focus on software, engineering guidelines, leadership, architecture, practice and tools
- Collaborate with auto lending product line managers and product owners to establish target state Product Roadmaps and oversee execution in accordance to priorities Participate in product cabinet meetings and setting of execution priorities.
- Drive progress toward business' key objectives, striving for stretch and moonshot achievements Responsible for all Transformation related business and technology OKRs
- Oversee test automation and release management functions in support of product delivery teams

- Collaborate with peer auto lending sub-group Technology Directors to define technology vision and develop Application roadmaps for auto lending getting buy-in from tech and business decision makers
- Contribute to NFR requirements and drive strategies to uphold NFR's through automation and frameworks.
Drive efforts to ensure resiliency, fault tolerance, and performance of the applications - Ensure Risk & Compliance for processes and applications including on time execution of Preventative Actions, Security Section plans, Vulnerability remediation and technology compliance initiatives

- Strong experience and exposure to Net, Microservices technologies and Azure / PCF cloud
- Desired Qualifications:
- 10+ years of technology infrastructure and strategy experience
- 8+ years of experience with Agile practices
- 5+ years of experience with systems architecture and design
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or engineering
- Experience managing large or multiple technology development efforts within a major line of business
- Ability to effectively partner and influence at the executive level
- 5+ years' experience with modern software engineering technologies and tool sets including 3+ years managing a 25+ FTE engineering organization
