This strategy requires strong knowledge in new technologies and working methodologies In this context, the CIB Enterprise Architecture team must strengthen and increase its mandate to better support the IT teams in their transformation The team is composed of 50 people across the word (Paris, London, Mumbai, Singapore) The EA Process & Governance sub team, is composed of 7 members (3 Paris 1 India 2 AMER 1 APAC) It aims to promote and accompany the deployment of architecture practices and IT governance to facilitate and support the transformation of the CIB SI The team spirit and the information sharing are two essential aspects required to manage our ambitions and being able to master our challenges The ISPL Architecture team has teams working on range of topics, which are of importance to the organization around Technical & Enterprise Architecture.

In addition to teams working on other Transformation related topics Job Title: EA Pilot Date: 10/02/2023 Department: CIB IT ARCHITECTURE Location: Mumbai Business Line / Function: ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE Reports to: (Direct) Grade: (if applicable) (Functional) Number of Direct Reports: Directorship / Registration: NA Position PurposeThe IT Architecture EA Process & Governance sub team at ISPL plays the role of a 'pilot' as part of the EA Process & Governance team As an EA Pilot, the person would facilitate- & coordinate for the run and transformation of the EA governance processes EA Pilot will also participate to the definition and management of the CIB Architecture framework In this context, s/he will: - Have to understand and be aware of the group IT governance to adapt the CIB IT framework - Be the promotor of the CIB IT Enterprise Architecture Governance across functions and entities.

- Elaborate and share relevant KPIs - Be proactive in contributing to the EA governance continuous improvement process Responsibilities Direct ResponsibilitiesThe EA pilot would be in-charge of 'piloting' the ITSVC (IT solution validation committees) In this international context, s/he will:

• Review the documentation and be the voice of the architecture during the first phases of the IT project Lifecycle
• Be the advisor, the coach and the referent to follow-up project managers
• Organize and drive review committees.
  
  
• Coordinate interactions with functions required based on the functional, technical and geographical scope
• Ensure data quality issued from this process
• Control the project's alignment with architecture recommendations
