The participant of this program would have access to professional development programs, mentoring assistance by a business leader, apart from the experience of working with people from different functions/technologies/cultureGo ahead and apply if you find the opportunities in line with your experience and career interestLocation : BangalorePosition Description:Job Summary:Parts Sales Manager will be responsible for the business plan for Parts & Lubes in Region India- roll out ,monitoring, developing action plans & achieving the same on an annual basisS(he) will be the interface between the markets in Region India and Centre of Excellence (CoE) - Parts & LogisticsS(he) networks with other Regional & Global Teams , implements the global parts concepts with relevant local adaptationS(he) scans the market in search for new ideas- Product, Promotion,Channels to create revenue opportunities regional promotionsWork closely with Parts Product Manager - India and implement Dealer specific Schemes and Pan India SchemesWorks closely with Market Areas, Dealerships to create a strong Parts Sales team & Sales ProcessS(he) will lead the Big Data Management that helps to find the New oppurtunities in increasing Parts PenetrationS(he) acts as a brand ambassador of genuine parts - creates product USPs, tracks performance data of parts , Operating costs of machines & continuosly generates Sales arguements in close co-ordination with Product Manager(s)Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:Tasked to:Responsible for increasing the Parts and Lubes Penetration of Region IndiaRoll out of regional parts concepts and promotions across India, when needed with agreed local adaptations Measuring and reporting results.
