Objective To manage Key Client Accounts and manage the business and ensure execution and delivery of Online Communications/Marketing projects in the fields of Web Presence Consulting, Website development, Online Promotions - Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Internet Advertising, Web-based Software Application Development, Website Hosting & Maintenance and Email & SMS Solutions, WAP & Mobile apps development To identify, approach & meet prospective clients to develop business relationship with them To build, guide & lead a team of Sales personnel Job Description Own and build client relationship including project deliveries, business development and profitability for assigned clients.
Responsible for hand-holding the clients journey in digital media and grow the role of digital in marketing mix Assimilate client inputs and translate them into clear, actionable and inspiring briefs for the creative and tech teams Manage client expectations during project execution and guide Project Managers accordingly.
Maintain monthly MIS reports on own Sales performance Qualifications Graduates with adequate work experience Experience 1-3 years of experience in business development / account planning / client servicing in an advertising agency with at least the last 1 year in an agency / agency division in the Website Development / Internet Media Industry .
Those with experience in media companies or job portals would not be considered Skills / Attributes Excellent written, spoken and presentation communication skills in English Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
Spoken knowledge of Bengali and Hindi would be appreciated, though not essential Should have a passion for sales a track record of meeting / exceeding revenue targets is essential Understand client requirements and ideate on suitable solutions.
