Handle multiple & extensive Calendar Management of Top ManagementOrganizing meetings including scheduling, sending mails, reminders and booking meeting roomsCommunicate with the employees on behalf of Top Management & co-ordinate meetings both internally & externallyRecording Minutes of meeting, updating the concerned people accordingly & retrieve the data whenever requiredManage information flow timely & in accurate mannerResponsible for collating the MIS of all the functions to provide updates to the Top ManagementMaintain professionalism & confidentiality of highly sensitive information.

Co-ordinate travel arrangements (both domestic & International), prepare itineraries, plan logistics & handle the reportsCollaborating with the Top Management and other stakeholders in conducting regular performance review of various departments and strategic initiatives & maintain MISAnswering phones, routing calls & taking messages & closing the loopIndependently handling correspondence and drafting the lettersCo-ordinate during Exhibitions/Conferences.
