Calendar Management: Managing the Director's schedule, setting up meetings and appointments, and ensuring that the Director's time is being used effectively and efficiently Travel Arrangements: Making travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, and ensuring that all travel arrangements are organized and on schedule Communication Management: Managing the Director's email inbox, answering phone calls, and responding to messages on the Director's behalf Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the Director, including drafting and typing correspondence, preparing presentations, and managing the Director's files Project Management: Supporting the Director with project management activities, including coordinating with other team members, managing timelines, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Confidentiality: Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information, including financial information, personnel matters, and company strategy Ensuring that the Director's time and resources are used effectively, and that the Director is able to focus on strategic priorities and key decision-making activities
