JOB BREIF: We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer to join our ICAMAC technologies and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department HR & Admin Officer responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process Ultimately, will make sure all HR operations run smoothly Responsibilities: 1 Maintaining paper and digital copies of personnel records, such as those for PTO requests and employment contracts.

2 Updating internal databases with information on new hires3 Publishing and disseminate instructions and documentation for company policies 4.

Publishing creative job advertisements5 Scheduling job interviews and make contact with candidates as necessary6 Preparing reports and presentations on HR-related KPIs such overall hiring numbers by department.

7 Keep track of new recruitment information as well as internal database management of staff 8 Providing pertinent employee information to the payroll department to assist them 9.

Organize lodging when travelling and handle expense reportsRequired Qualifications and Competencies: 1 Multi-tasking2 Work history as an HR & Admin Officer.

3 Information systems for human resources knowledge (HRIS)4 Exceptional communication skills, both in writing and orally5.

Comprehensive understanding of labor legislation6 Superb organizational abilities, including the capacity to prioritize critical assignment
