Export Documentation Executive Job In Smart Moves In Mumbai City

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Export Documentation Executive to join our team at a freight forwarding company The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and processing all documentation related to the export of goods and products for our clients This will involve working closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure that all documentation is accurate and meets the requirements of both our clients and international trade regulationsWho can apply:- Candidates who are from the Western Belt in Mumbai- Candidates who have worked previously in Freight Forwarding Industry.

Requirements: -Candidate should be a graduate and should possess good computer operating skills and handling export documentation -Candidate must have prior experience in a freight forwarding industry and not in shipping line -Experience of export and pre and post documentation procedures, coordinating with shipping lines/ customers and forwarders -Should have good written and verbal English skills and be well versed with LOGISYS pro software -Should possess a fair knowledge of customs rules, regulations and classification.

-Candidate must be able to process generation of FORM 13 and do SB Submission on Odex/MMD3/ Bharat TradeExperience: 3-5 Years Location: Andheri (E), Mumbai - 400099
