We are looking for 2-5 years of experience in design and development of Exterior TrimsHe / She should haveexperience in UG NX toolMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIESoDesigns the parts using design standards and CAD expertise (UG NX)oLayout & Regulation studyoStyling feedback preparationoPreparation of planning drawing, support for design review document preparationoEnsures the technical convergenceoTolerance stack-up study to achieve fit & finishoBenchmarking & VA/VEoPerformance evaluation check during digital stageoDesign concept sheet & RFQ preparationoSupplier follow-up and schedule monitoringoPrepare the Design change requesto BOM creation & Data storageoExecutes and updates the product drawings (and 3D annotations) and archives them in the dedicated information systemBValidates the design product/process feasibilityoTransposes the dedicated product/process constraints during the design reviews (geometry, process, packaging, etc)C.

Contributes to the quality and cost objectivesoGenerate cost reduction ideas, validate & implementation, co-ordinate with plant for trial activitiesoAnalysis on quality concerns, identify root cause & improvement actionsDKnowledge buildingoAssists in the knowledge building process to continuously improve the standards and design rules based on feedback from projects and/or mass production
