You are responsible forThe FSE performs the major functions listed below The position may require additional duties/responsibilities that may not be outlined below, and specific functions are subject to change, for Multi-modality equipment(CT/MRI/Cathlab/XRay/Ultrasound)u2022 Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipmentu2022 Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modificationsu2022 Ordering and managing repair parts cycle timesu2022 Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manneru2022 Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.

u2022 Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibratedu2022 Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirementsu2022 Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issuesu2022 Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and system salesu2022 Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.

Service Administration

• The FSE would report all necessary information both technical and administration [Call Completion Call Reporting, PM, FCO, Installations] as per the norms
• The FSE would be responsible for proper handling of parts/ Test & Measuring Instruments to ensure return of all parts with proper documents
• The responsibility of collecting Customer Overdue Outstanding would lie with the FSE.
