• The Global Cost Center Specialist will manage the financial aspects of the allocated valuestream
• Support Client with assigned vendor's account escalations and administration
• Ensure all valuestream Cost Centre POs and invoices are managed
• Leads billing issue identification and dispute resolution for related vendors
• Attend and support Cost Center Manager with global and regional service review sessions as necessary.
  
  
• Ensuring Cost Center Management risk compliance
• Responsible for financial governance of the assigned vendors and ensuring that they are meeting their contractual obligations

• Responsible for the management of the D&T IT and system cost
• Validate assigned valuestream related billing and perform the GR on time
• Provide insight and analysis of financial reporting for the team on valuestrean and related vendor spend
• Delivery of accurate budgets for cost center.
  
  
• Preparation financial forecasts, its analysis with budget, actual and prior periods
• Preparation of annual budgets and monthly cost centre wise analysis and reporting of variances
• Managing budgets and taking necessary actions to control and reduce cost
• Looks at the projects within their Portfolio to identify resource synergies, project approaches and opportunities for more effective delivery
• Identifies opportunities within the delivery of Projects to implements Continuous Improvement initiatives within their Portfolio
• Makes recommendations to CI.
  
  
• Come up with problem solving ideas to handle exceptional situations
• Lead process improvement ideas by working with various supporting teams like STP/procurement etc
• Develops strong relationships with senior business stakeholders to influence the delivery of transformation outcomes and achievement of business benefits

• PO life cycle management
• Work with the respective Accounts team to ensure region based IO's (CAP/OPEX) are in place with sufficient funds in IO to raise the PO request
• Validate SOW / Quote signed / approval recieved from authorized personnel from both the parties before PO creation (Diageo procurement and vendor)
• Perform GRs based on project manager confirmation
• Perform PO amendments and PO closure based on project managers confirmation
• Align with PM / STP and action on parked and blocked invoices and action accordingly
• Follow up with Vendor for invoices as per the billing schedule
• Help PM during new vendor onboarding in vendor master tool
• Ensure smooth transition of Budget / Step up / recharge from Project to BAU
• Adhering to STP SLA's related to PO mgmt
• Monthly tracking and Reporting for Finance Business

• A Finance professional with a university/college degree with 8+ years of experience in managing budgeting and cost of the different IT and system related expenses
• Knowledge in working with SAP and excel reporting Prior experience in managing cost/billing is must.
