Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Reporting Analyst, who will be responsible for preparing dashboards, weekly, monthly/quarterly reports for diversified functions and processes across Danfoss You will be part of the Global Competency Services organization and support global organization across time zones We offer you a platform to utilize your strong analytical abilities, data interpretation skills in preparing performance management reports, dashboards and provide insightful information to the stake holders to take right decisions Job ResponsibilitiesPerformance Management reporting for diversified functions and processes across Danfoss.

Tracking performance status by monitoring variances from agreed KPIs and TATs Increasing productivity by developing automated applications, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements .

Providing information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, preparing Power Point presentations based on reports Providing insightful and meaningful reports and dashboard to the stakeholders across Danfoss Background & Skills B.

Com / MCom / MBA, any degree related to Finance Expert knowledge and hands on experience in SAP & BI tools in terms of operations and reporting .

Expert Knowledge in PowerBI and delivered various diversified projects in PowerBI , strong in DAX, possess creativity and ability to identify right approach on Data Modelling and Visualization Should be able to question data and bring in more analysis in work Should possess hands on work experience in reporting and performance analysis.

Quality Improvement Mindset consistently focusing on Process Improvement & Optimization Perseverance, Energetic, Quickness and flexibility .

Team player, co-operative, Customer Centric, receptive and excellent communication skills Multi-tasking, Detail oriented, passion for quality of data and be on top of data and numbers Disciplined approach to work.
