Finance Controller Job In Kaizen Sra Technologies Private Limited In Bengaluru / Bangalore

• We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller, to undertake all aspects of financial management, regulatory compliance, consolidation, audit (US-GAAP and India-GAAP), regulatory and financial reporting, financial risk management, team management, internal control policies and procedures

• Managing the complete books closure of all the entities under SRG Group which involves the sub functions Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger activities
• Preparing and finalisation of group consolidated financials under USGAAP monthly and annual USGAAP Audits
• Managing the Monthly Cash Flows, P&L projections (below the EBITDA line items), Balance Sheet and Cash Flow projections
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Drive month-end and year-end close process
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Coordinate, correspond & establish a good connect with external stakeholders like investors, bankers, consultants, and others
• Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation.
  
  Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems
• Motivate and lead finance team members
• Additional controller duties as necessary

• Proven working experience as a Financial Controller
• CA or CWA or MBA
• Excellent communication
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Experience with creating consolidated financial statements
• Excellent team management
• Oracle ERP knowledge

• Experience in ERP implementation
• High level knowledge in compliance laws of US, India and other geographies is an added advantage
• M&A integrations
• Experience in managing Global controllership role
