This requires ability to translate core financial concepts in easy to comprehend e-learning / learning modules of self study documentsDomain knowledge in Field of Finance (P2P, R2R, OTC) mandatory
- Create, manage, and deliver engaging training across multiple mediums and multiple learning styles
- Ability to translate core financial concepts in comprehensible modules
- Develop learning deliverables in various engaging formats (e.
g, courses, games, videos, quizzes, and etc) - Support our global projects as required
- Support Global L&D Department on soft skills training and people development as and when required
- Can work with delivery towers to help develop and support a solid Knowledge Management Systems (KMS)
- Perform an inventory of trainings needs and assess where gaps are
- Assist with future Transitions and Knowledge Transfer
- Help create and drive a solid onboarding program
- Can help push the towers leads to ensure all content, SOPs, DTPs etc are up to date
- Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers.
- Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs
- Develop training manuals that target tangible results
- Implement effective and purposeful training methods
- Effectively manage the training budget
- Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
- Assess employees' skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement
- Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities
- Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management
- Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organizations goals
- Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.
- Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training
- Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices
QualificationsA LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU The primary role of the Subject Matter Expert is to act as a repository of authoritative information Each member of the team knows they can go to you for answers and insightQUALIFICATIONS
- 3 to 5 years of Learning and content creation experience
- Experience in the field of training delivery.
- 5-6 years of experience in finance domain
- Proficiency in presentation skills, verbal & written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office packages like Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Sharepoint
- Domain knowledge in Field of Finance (P2P, R2R, OTC) mandatory
- Knowledge of LMS, e-Learning creation tool (Enable Now, Articulate Storyline 360, Captivate etc) preferable but not essential.
- Fluency in English mandatory
- Prior experience in an outsourced or global shared services environment would be useful
- Strong communication skills, team player, leadership traits
