Finance Head/ Chief Financial Officer Job In Provance Business Consulting Private Limited In Chennai

• Oversees the preparation of all financial accounts, including tax returns, income statements, Balance sheets, shareholder reports, and other applicable legal reports
• Determine expenses, income, insurance coverage, financial goals, tax status, risk tolerance to develop a financial plan
• Manage the company's financial planning.
  
  Knowledge on investment management to maximize return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities and maintaining relationships with the investment community (Investment Bankers)
• Manage and retain relationships with various vendors
• Adhere to the law and company's policies
• Analyze and manage the organization's liabilities and investments
• Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable
• Examines operations to identify areas that require restructuring, downsizing, or elimination
• Ensure effective internal controls are in place and compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory legislation for financial and tax reporting
• Plan fundraising initiatives to help the organization meet financial goals.
  
  Liaison with Bank and other funding sources
• Presenting all required financial MIS to Management

• Previous working experience as Head of Finance with more than 15 years
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis, forecasting and financial planning
• Excellent management and supervisory skills
• Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems.
  
  
• Hands-on experience in MS office and financial management software
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
