Finance Manager Bangladesh Foods Job In Pepsico In India, Dhaka

OverviewIncumbant would look after all finance related activities ie, Controls as well as planning fr Bangladesh operations The key activities would include Process governance, Health of Balance Sheet, coordinating audit, month end activities, accounting, reporting, tax & treasury related, vendor / customer issues resolution, monthly forecast and annual planning and support on day to day operations for sales, distribution and copacking Responsibilities

• Incumbant will ensure governance to the defined processes
• Incumbant will review capital work in progress with the teams and account for the capitalization of Projects
• Incumbant will review the balance sheet on a monthly basis and the risks in the balance sheets are highlighted for resolution
• Incumbant will ensure all Month close activities are done on time and level of accuracy is maintained.
  
  Further, monthly reviews with Management along with COC and actioables to be acted upon
• Incumbant will coorodinate for the internal audits and the remediation plans are implemented
• Incumbant will coorodinate for the Statutory audits and timely closure
• Incumbant will prepare annual operating plan and monthly forecast within the stipulated timelines post alignment with business
• Incumbant will lead all planning related activities to be done for P2P and S&D related operations
• Incumbant will ensure reconciliation of books of accounts from Copacker and Distributor perspective

Qualifications

• Qualified CA/ICWA / MBA with 5-7 years of post qualification experience
• Good Control Orientation
• Good business knowledge of the Foods Plants operations
• Good analytical skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Hands on working experience
