Forecast financial items, Support regular financial pacing , Finance Analysis , Budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, Merger&Acq, Financial Planning, Variance Analysis Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or economicsCPA,CMA,MBA helpful 5+ years of experience in investment banking and equity research, consulting, or other relevant field; FP&A experience at a tech company is a plus, but not required Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint with proven experience in building financial models and managing complex data Deep analytical capabilities and project management skills Understanding of revenue recognition principle and accounting rule Curiosity, resourcefulness, flexibility, and a collaborative approach will all help Understanding of Partner business for any product/Saas based company is preferred Self-starter, good listener, action-oriented, has a positive attitude, able to consistently meet deadlines, willing to work under tight timelines to achieve the financial objectives of the business under a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Understanding of revenue recognition principle and accounting rule US Gaap & Saas experience a plus Must process good IT system knowledge Team player, who is an open, honest, and a mature individual who is willing to roll-up his/her sleeves and has a strong attention to details.
