JD of Finance Manager A Managing Funds flows and Cash flows for the company and projects as per the plans B Computation of quarterly TDS liability and filing of TDS returns C.

Preparing, reviewing and filing of Annual Corporate Tax Return D Review of TDS Defaults and ensuring the same are cleared E TDS Receivable reconciliation (Form 26AS) with Books of accounts.

F Preparing, reviewing and filing of Tax Audit Reports b) Compliances- Goods and Service Tax (GST): G Conducting E-invoice seminar and giving live demonstration in virtual environment H.

Handling GST Departmental Audits/scrutiny I Implementation of systems to file GST returns, guidance to maintain proper systems, educating the entire accounts team regarding the ins and outs of business transactions J Preparing, reviewing and filing of GSTR 9 and GSTR 9C i.

e GST Annual return and Audit report K Preparing, reviewing and filing of monthly returns GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B L.

Supervising, reviewing, and guiding the team in filing GST Returns M Updating the office staff regarding the continuous changes in the GST Act via write-ups and email N Review of working of GST calculations, input credit eligibility and monthly concurrent audit of all GST returns.

O To give guidance to the office staff in respect of determination of GST rates and HSN/SAC code when required P Preparing, reviewing of GSTR 2A reconciliation with Books of accounts Q.

Review of the input as per Electronic Credit Ledger vis--vis input as per Books of accounts c) Litigation and Representation before tax Authorities: R Handling litigation at various tax forums from lowest level right up to High Court level S Assistance in obtaining pending refunds from tax authorities etc.

T Managing and developing junior team members enabling them to become valuable contributors to the business; taking team trainings on both technical issues and updates U Making necessary changes in the Information technology system with reference to corporate tax and GST Qualification: CA is Must Experience: 5-7 years in Real Estate / Infrastructure Industry Only
