Financial Analyst Assistant Manager Job In Trimble Inc In India, Chennai

'Learning & transition in the first 6 months is very critical and imperative to the position' Financial Analyst or Assistant Manager Finance Reporting to the Financial Controller, this professional will manage accurate financial analysis for the Trimble groups in India In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities in Leading FP&A Allocation & Engineering productivity exercises ensuring adherence to baseline values for all Service Level Agreements - KPI & CPI Be single point of contact with Corporate & divisions on Allocations Be responsible for yearly financial planning, forecasting all cost lines including head count, compensation grid, capacity optimization, productivity targets, utilization levels etc and drive it through Performance reviews and Dashboards Be part of the Workforce planning Business partner with Engineering leader for being advocate of India centre in terms of productivity and cost efficiency Be compatible with the Business Accounting teams and internal partners to resolve issues Handle multiple partners and be responsible for supporting the metrics reporting for the significant process Understand the working of the engineering teams (Support, R&D etc) Participate in quarterly business reviews in preparing the presentation for leadershipsUnderstand and identify the different metrics of each team and define productivity measurement Definition of productivity will be different for each team Drive/align with a unified productivity system and integrate with workday Prepare business presentations for Quarterly Sales Forecasting process and document minutes Ad hoc support to the Head of Finance on important projectsOpen to support Audit / Month close functions as a backup Must be a CA with 5- 8 years or BA/MBA (from a reputed institute) 5-+ years' experience

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate financial results, accounting policies and procedures in layman's terms.
  
  

• Keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills which allows for strategic data interpretation versus simple reporting

• A keen focus on automation
• Good understanding of GAAP
• Strong MS Office and ERP tools knowledge, Zoho analytics experience desirable
