About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Financial Reporting Associate ManagerIn this role, you will:
- Support, manage and execute diverse and complex functional areas related to external financial reporting requirements
- Support stakeholder development by maintaining ongoing interaction that increases their awareness, understanding, accountability, and engagement in the reporting process
- Assist in the implementation of complex projects and initiatives impacting one or more lines of business
- Support and direct accounting technical regulatory capital and reporting guidance
- Participate in the company's coordination of the regulatory reporting reviews performed by United States Federal Banking and Broker Dealer agencies
- Ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and works with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
- Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including senior managers
- Lead team to achieve objectives
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Enterprise Finance
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Essential Qualifications
- BE/B Tech/BS/BA or higher in Computer Technology or Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics or Business
- 12+ years of Business Systems Data experience, Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years Leadership experience
- Experience in handling team of 10-15 FTEs and involve in performance management of these FTEs
- Experience in delivery management of Finance sector - US regulatory projects

- Strong Axiom knowledge
- Strong knowledge of US Regulatory Reporting and Knowledge on FFIEC 031, FRY 9C Call reports and SEC reports
- Strong Team management and Project management skills
- Good knowledge on Automation tools i.
e Alteryx, Workflow process, MS Office, MS Visio and Reporting tools like Power BI
