Flexcube Production Support Job In Resource Access Management Solutions Private Limited In Bengaluru / Bangalore

• Achieve availability of systems as per agreement defined in SLA for each business unit
• Suggest process improvements to user group / team
• Handles relationship between the production/development team and the user community
• Ensure to perform all Audits at an acceptable level
• Ensure that all service calls are closed within SLA.
  
  
• Co-ordination between Business Users and Technology team members for any support or assignments
• Ensure the servers are patched up to date
• Server monitoring, process monitoring
• Work on production bug fixes
• Liaise with the vendor for any support related activities
• Deliver services for internally developed and 3rd party provided applications and systems to agreed timeframe, performance and budget parameters and targets
• Review 3rd party proposals and SRS for suitability to organization standards - functionality, security, architectural and technology.
  
  
• Execution of analysis, design, implementation, testing, documentation and maintenance tasks as part of ongoing operational and strategic initiatives
• Analysis of functional requirement change impact to existing systems
• Co-ordinate between information technology and enabling unit teams to prepare and sign-off SRS against business requirements (BRD) & Co-ordinate resourcing with off-shore team for development deliverables and support activities
• Planning and ensure adequate testing to verify application functionality and identify adverse effects from enhancements or configuration change
• Ensure User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases are signed off prior to change movement to production.
  
  
• Supervise programming activities and production transfers ensuring procedural, documentation and functional verification is complete
• Prepare and maintain process documentation
• Participate in audit and other compliance activities as assigned and complete action items for mitigation and rectification
• Assist efforts to improve maintainability, uptime and performance of transactional and workflow line of business applications
• Perform call analysis to identify root cause of reoccurring service degradation issues.
  
  
• Perform incident reporting and engage stakeholders to conclude Root Cause Analysis (RCA), including recommendations and plan for agreed action
• Ensure systems (hardware and software) in all environments meet security baseline standards
• Provides technical guidance, information and instruction to other IT staff requiring broader subject knowledge
• Ensure Disaster Recovery (DR) environments are synchronized and available with maintained unit level recovery documentation Responsible for systems under individual domain.

• 5-8 Yrs experience in experience with product designing and implementation of Oracle Flexcube OBXX suite of applications OBPAY, OBLM, OBDX
