Job Description:Worked as Head for Administration, Maintenance & Infrastructure Headed all Administrative activities related to Office, Logistics, Purchase, Accounts, Maintenance & Hostel Developed budgets and plans for effectively managing facilities as per organizational needs Liaising with Government Officers, Departments & Compliance with all other regulatory bodies Initiated & Implemented the ERP system successfully in the entire administration department.
Manages day-to-day internal user interaction Assist in defining automated and self-service processes for onboarding and day-to-day IT needs Communicates effectively with the internal user to identify needs and solutions Interact with Internal user on all level to help with IT-related issue and provides answer in a timely manner To ensure the proper infrastructure documentation of all the activities & procedures followed according to the company standards/policy.
Working closely with senior management to ensure adequate technical directions/standards are followed and issues are addressed Provide leadership and resolution by answering questions, providing advice, troubleshooting, and ensuring follow-up on all issues to the Desktop Services team Support the CEO in all aspects of business and be a part of a team who acts as a SPOC for the CEO Manage US clients for business meetings etc Also Coordinates with Internal Heads, Directors, and Managers for Work completion and Business Reports.
