What you will be doing:

• Responsible for guest satisfaction and follow Sofitel service standards and service culture
• Deals skilfully during all guest interaction
• Monitors and supervises flow of service at the assigned station in the Restaurant
• Briefs personnel on preparations, service and content of menu items
• Assign duties to all waiting staff
• Reports records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment to manager
• Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
• Motivates team and gave valuable feedback for improvement.
