This is an operational role responsible for implementing HR shared service activities The incumbent may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes
Job Responsibilities:
Timely closure of all the tasks while maintaining the quality/ accuracy of transactions
Handle a wide range of documents, spreadsheets and reports while performing technical tasks
Carry out the pre-defined onboarding steps
Partner with other stakeholders to ensure hassle free onboarding experience.
Manage relationship with background verification management providers
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents
Collate information and maintain databases
Benefits enrolment, initiate payments, and processing
Timely action on the deficiencies and red cases
Sending, background verification details to vendors and coordinating to get the background verification check completed
