We are seeking a highly motivated student to join our 3D Firmware R&D Engineering team as an Interim In this role, you will be responsible to capture data, analyze it, and then generate reports and graphs using Power BI to provide valuable insights and support to our team Your insights and visualization will play a crucial role in supporting/optimizing our software development processes and driving data-informed decision-making

Data Capture from our development tool to manage projects and Firmware developments : Extract, transform, and load data from Jira, ensuring its accuracy and completeness Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and establish efficient data capture processes.

Data Analysis: Perform comprehensive data analysis on the captured data to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators Use statistical methods and data visualization techniques to provide actionable insights to the software engineering team

Power BI Report Development: Utilize Power BI to design and develop visually appealing and interactive reports, dashboards, and graphs Transform complex data into meaningful visual representations that facilitate data-driven decision-making

Report Automation: Develop automated processes and workflows to streamline report generation and data updates in Power BI.

Automate data refreshes and ensure that reports are up to date with the latest information

Collaboration and Support: Work closely with software engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and provide guidance on utilizing data insights effectively Collaborate in cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making processes

Enrolled in University in Computer Science or related Bachelor’s or Master’s (at least 50% credits approved)
Knowledge of PowerBI or other Data Analysis tools.
Knowledge of Python.
Machine Learning algorithms.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Process oriented: Good understanding of the most common software development methodologies.

Teamwork skills.
High level of initiative, with ability to plan and manage tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
