Technical Skills for Mphasis Freshers Recruitment As Trainee:

• Strong experience in Core C#, Net (backend service/api programing and not front end developers)
• SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, Multithreading
• Web Services, Web api
• Entity Framework, Moq framework
• Self-hosted services
• Windows services
• OWIN: Open Web Interface for NET
• Design skills
• Nice to have
  • Experience with any noSQL or MongoDB

Process Skills:

• Well versed with Agile-Scrum
• Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process
• Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)
• Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge
