• Responsible for escorting guest to meeting rooms & asking them for refreshments
• Responsible for issuing visitor pass and maintaining daily visitors report
• Responsible for booking meeting rooms as per request of staffs &/or Management
• Responsible for booking restaurants for important meetings
• Responsible for receiving incoming calls and transfer to concern PIC.
  
  
• Responsible for making outgoing calls as directed by Management
• Responsible for receiving incoming shipments and handing over to concern PIC
• Responsible for coordinating with courier vendor for submission of documentation and payment of duty fee (if any) for such incoming shipment
• Responsible for maintaining records of incoming shipment in MIS
• Responsible for booking outward shipments as per requirement.
  
  
• Responsible for maintaining records of outward shipments in MIS
• Responsible for cross checking courier bills as per tariff and authorizing the bills for payment
• Responsible for maintaining records of all airway bills for both incoming and outgoing shipments
• Responsible for maintaining records for all courier bills and follow up for payment with accounts dept
• Maintains the list of emergency contact numbers as a member of Safety Committee.
