• Business protential Daily/monthly call report to Marketing team
• outward courier dispatch
• providing docket details to concern consignor very same day
• Split of monthly courier bill and approval from concern client for bill processing & submit the bill to finance for payment
• Inward courier distribution with help of admin office assistant
• Courier tracking inward/outward, whenever require
• Conference room meeting request booking
• maintaining client details for flexi office usages
• providing monthly usages details of conference room & flexi office to CRM team
• Printing of food coupon.
  
  
• food coupon distribution to employee & maintain the details of employee who avail the food coupon
• deposit food coupon cash to finance
• Stationary stock monthly order
• stationary distribution with help of admin office assistant
• Pantry material stock monthly order
• Organise inhouse events for company employee
• other admin work given by HR team & admin manager
