Facilities Executives Roles and Responsibilities - Responsible for front office administration Maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies Supervising Housekeeping staff Responsible for all reception activities like incoming calls, visitors, attendance registers, courier etc Coordination with vendors Invoice processing for billing & payment process follow up with Accounts team Preparing and maintaining attendance record of all employees (Manual) Issue Purchase Orders for travel, office related requirements etc and responsible for invoice processing Responsible for Travel Management Housekeeping register maintenance Courier onwards Courier outwards (No inward and outward couriers are allowed to process without entry) Ensure cleanliness of office space, pantry, washrooms Ensure washroom cleaning is done every hour Ensure housekeeping team is using proper chemicals and material for cleaning Check housekeeping teams' uniform and daily grooming Ensure stationary form is maintained and materials are provided to employees as per requested in the form
