Job Description :

• 1-2 years of core experience in Cisco UCCE, Cisco Communication Manager, Cisco Unity, integrated voice applications , Add-on application (NICE, Verint , outbound dialer, Omnichannel chat)
• Cisco Collaboration applications version 110 and above (UCCE,CUCM)
• Implementation and Troubleshooting of Nice Call Recording, Verint Workforce Management tools , Outbound dialler tools etc
• Implementing and Troubleshooting CUCM Devices\ Trunks\ Dial Plans\ Class of service\ Media resources
• Implementing and Troubleshooting ucce agents\Finesse desktop\Complex scripts with external DB\ CTI OS
• Design Reports in CUIC\Create custom sql report templates
• Troubleshooting call flows using TCD\RCD\PG logs
• Expertise in SIP and H323
• Implementing and Troubleshooting Voice Gateways\SRST CUSP and CUBE.
  
  
• Knowledge in Recording servers
• Implementing and Troubleshooting Voice mail\Call handlers\Cisco Presence server\Jabber

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Troubleshooting Contact Center issues ( L1 & L2 )
• Establish clear ownership for operational tasks within Architecture, Suppliers and management teams
• Assess operational issues and identify solutions to meet quality and customer need
• Work collaboratively with project staff to maintain thorough knowledge of product capabilities and to ensure that all communications between stakeholders are precise
• Ensure deadlines/SLAs are met
• Required to work on 24/7 rotating shifts and after office hours support required If there any critical issues
• Should be good in driving calls with customer
