Hi to all Tech Enthusiasts out there , We are hiring for a reputed IT client of ours for the below positions : Skill : 5G Layer 1 developer Require Exp : 3 to 12 Yrs Notice Period : 30 Days Bachelor degree (Computer Science)- The candidate should have excellent communication skills with an ability to interact with non-technical stakeholders as well Job Location: Bangalore WFO Candidate should possess hands on experience on Layer-1, algorithm design, implementation and optimization on DSP, ASSP Processors, FPGA platforms Should be specialized in system engineering aspects, design and evaluate complex algorithm in MATLAB/C Environment Candidate should have good coding skills in C/C++ Should have in depth knowledge of 3GPP layer 1 specifications & Algorithms for 4G /NB-IoT/5G, ORAN Split definitions, Conformance Test Criterions Candidate should have deep understanding in using various lab equipment such as - signal generators, signal and spectrum analyzer, channel emulators Good understanding of wireless communication fundamentals and its application in design Experience in mentoring & managing team.

Desired skills: Familiar with any of these technologies OFDM, MIMO, Beamforming, MMSE, Turbo/LDPC codes, Physical channels, CPRI/eCPRI interface Should have work experience in eNodeB/gNodeB/UE L1 SW development Familiar with any RAN Platform architecture, L1 Schedulers Good debugging skills, log analysis and solving Field issues Roles & Responsibilities: As a technical expert, you will contribute in product development and delivery including planning, requirement analysis, design, implementation, validation, verification and field testing Analyze and prioritize various features for different sub-systems to get a synchronized system delivery in a phased manner Closely work with other teams and partners to carry out system integration and user acceptance testing Focus to continuously improve system performance with quality deliverables.
