This team is part of the Global HC CMO's central group To succeed in the role, we look for marketers who are genuinely passionate about the fragrance world, very connected to consumer and fragrance trends and knowledgeable in working with Fragrance Houses and leading-edge science & technologyThis role offers significant professional development with a strong external focus and interaction with senior leadershipKey responsibilities:Driver elements of the HC Global Fragrance Strategy, interacting closely with cross-functional teams:
- Lead cross-functional team to step change in fragrance superiority across the Home Care Core portfolio
- Project management for Development of new fragrance partners
- Allowing agility in testing and ensuring appropriate governance of the project
- Building a relationship that opens up knowledge sharing opportunity with new fragrance houses identified
- Evolve our 'Colour, emotion, texture' to bring fragrance experiences to life in our mixes
- Support teams in the development of Fragrance-led KBS.
- Connect with external partners to bring new and superior technologies as well as latest trends in the fragrance world to the marketing teams as inspiration/ provocation
- Create a HC Fragrance Excellence Centre, enthusing the entire HC community with the mindset of fragrance superiority
- Build Fragrance capabilities to the marketing teams by developing a Training & Experience programme
Required skills & behaviours:
- Real passion for the fragrance world Strongly connected to Fragrance brands, trends, and consumer behaviour
- Results-oriented, track record in creating solutions for brands and business challenges.
- Proven ability in leading global innovation and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to collaborate with external partners
- 5+ yrs experience with Marketing in Fragrance Brands / Industry

- Senior marketing leaders (Global HC Category Heads)
- R&D, CBFM and internal functions (CMI, SC, Finance, Procurement).

Travel Expectations:The role will require the individual to undertake travel to the UK and across the globe (currently estimated at 4-5 trips annually)
